Rules of CPC Marketplace


1. SELLING/GIVING: There are two ways to post your items to sell, give away, 
or barter. If you are using the Yahoo Group on the web
(groups.yahoo.com/group/cpc_barter), post your message by clicking 
on "Post" under the heading "Messages" on the left side of your screen.
Otherwise, you may post a message simply by sending an e-mail to
cpc_marketplace@yahoogroups.com.

Please use the following terms in the heading of your selling/giving listing:
   FOR SALE: to list a thing/service you're selling
   FREE: to list a thing/service you're giving away
   BARTER: to list a thing/service you'd like to trade in exchange for something
   TAKEN: (optional) to list when something's been bought or taken
   WANTED: to list something you'd like to receive as a freebie or through a sale or barter

The person who lists an offer may decide how the item is picked up and paid
for. The person who lists an offer also gets to decide who will receive the
item in the case of multiple responses of interest.




2. APPROPRIATE USE: Please limit items and services to those appropriate to a
Christian community. Within these bounds, pretty much anything goes. However,
abuse of this rule will result in suspension from CPC Marketplace. If you are
not sure whether something is appropriate, please ask Jen Sigmon before
posting.




3. LEGAL STUFF: This is a service hosted on the initiative of Jen Sigmon, a
member of CPC. I (Jen) will do everything I can to limit membership of this
site to reliable CPC attendees. However, this group should be used at your own
discretion. Neither Jen, nor CPC, nor Yahoo will be held responsible for legal
ramifications of your use of this site. Please proceed with appropriate
caution. Please contact Jen immediately if you are uncomfortable with any transaction.
